With a combination of professional and educational experience, Joshua has honed his skills at grant writing and management, strategic planning, change management, program evaluation, and business and development support. Joshua is adept at identifying areas of inefficiency and providing logical and practical solutions.

Joshua has most recently overseen a year-over-year growth in grant revenue of 225% for a San Francisco Bay Area non-profit, during a time of organizational change including a merger and acquisition, name change, and leadership transition.

Joshua has a master's degree in public administration from San Francisco State University, and a bachelor's degree in political science from California State University.
